In order to process any return request, you are required to share the unpacking video of the shipment package.

For framed  Prints we accept return requests in the following scenarios:

• Artwork shipped in the wrong size
• Artwork shipped on wrong paper type
• Artwork shipped in the wrong frame
• Artwork delivered in damaged condition.

For Unframed Prints we accept return requests in the following scenarios:

• Artwork shipped in the wrong size
• Artwork delivered in damaged condition.

In case you face any of these issues, please write to us at thebimba@outlook.com and attach pictures of the delivered product. The request for return should be raised within 7 days of delivery and our team will schedule a pick-up. 

Who pays for the return costs?

R.K. Sharma does!

Once your return request is accepted, you’re required to send the package to the following address: 371 A, Ekta Path, Vidyut Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur-302021. You are required to ensure that the product being returned is repacked in the same package, to ensure maximum protection from any damage during transit. The cost of the return will be borne by R.K.Sharma Art on actual basis.

How does the refund work?

Refunds are processed within 7 days of the receipt of the product returned.
